Delete your Viageur account

You can permanently delete your Viageur account on this page. To do it, you need to sign in to the account you want to delete.

What deletion does

Your account, profile, sign-in details and sessions are deleted, along with your account-linked activity such as check-ins, mission progress and favors.
Community intel you submitted is deleted outright, including its text, location details and any photo link.
A place you added stays only if other Viageur content uses it and it is a published, curated place; it is then no longer linked to you. Otherwise it is deleted.
Limited records may remain: moderation and deletion records in redacted form, and copies in our providers' backups and security logs until they expire.
Once deletion completes, it is permanent and cannot be undone.

For your security, deletion requires a recent sign-in. If your sign-in is too old, you will be asked to sign in again before anything is deleted.

If you cannot sign in to your account, contact support@viageur.com. Emailing support does not by itself delete your account.
