Cleared by Viageur is the Viageur app for iPhone and Android, provided by LTY Enterprises, Inc. This page explains how to get help with the app and the Viageur website.

Email support@viageur.com. Please write from the email address you use with Viageur, and tell us which device you are using and what you were trying to do.
Do not send passwords, sign-in links, payment card details or other sensitive information by email. We will never ask you for them.
Signing in
Viageur signs you in with a one-time link sent to your email address. There is no password to create.
- On the clearance screen, enter your email address.
- Confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Tap REQUEST CLEARANCE, then open the sign-in link in the email we send you.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and make sure the address you entered is correct, then request a new link. If you still cannot sign in, email support@viageur.com from the address you are trying to use.
Reporting or blocking community intel
Community intel is written by other users. If an item breaks the Terms, you can act on it from the intel card in the app or on the website:
- Report. Tap REPORT and choose a reason. You will no longer see that item, and our team reviews reports.
- Block. Tap BLOCK CREATOR. You will no longer see intel from that creator.
The author is not told who reported or blocked them. Community intel reflects other users' own experiences and is not a guarantee of safety. Always use your own judgment.
Your account and data
You can delete your account at any time. In the app, open MY PROFILE, then DELETE ACCOUNT. You can also delete it on the web at https://www.viageur.com/account-deletion, which explains what deletion removes.
To stop Mapbox telemetry in the app, open the map, tap the information (i) button, choose Mapbox Telemetry, then choose Stop Participating.
